About Ron Mulder
His roots in Electronic music go back to the mid seventies, when he followed the pioneers of that time. In the early eighties he owned a few synthesizers like Korg MS-20, Poly-800, Yamaha CS10, AN1X and build his own modular synthesizer system (based on the CEM 3310-3340 chipset and Formant modules). He frequently played with friends and was experimenting with equipment like Korg Poly-6, Lambda, Roland Juno 106, Yamaha DX7, Solina strings, samplers, sequencers, FX, etc. all the stuff you now find as Vintage VST's. Later in the early nineties he got interested in the upcoming dance music. In addition to the electronic and dance genres, he has an eclectic taste in music.
In 2010, after a long pause of not making music at all, he decided to start composing/producing again. That idea was born during a holiday in Odeceixe, a surfing paradise at the west coast of Portugal, a place where he had been a few times in the eighties. This eventually led to his debut album 'Odeceixe reunion', an album with 15 tracks varying from melodic electronic to technical/experimental dance music. After his debut album in 2013, he released about 30 single tracks. His music is often a mix of genres.
